Nigerian soldier abuse lady, strips her naked in Ogun

A soldier in military uniform on Saturday reportedly alighted from a bus and pounced on a young Lady believed to have dressed indecently thereby stripping her naked.

The soldier who was involved couldn’t be immediately confirmed in an incident that happened around 9:47 am at Oju-Ore in the Ota area of Ogun State.

According to media report, the victim was
clad in a pair of shorts and white knitted coverup, while trekking on the road when she was assaulted by the run away soldier.

The eyewitness who filmed the incident from a stationed vehicle, said the lady was assaulted unprovoked by the soldier who alighted from a commercial bus.

The lady was said to have been shocked with sudden slap on her and attempted to run, but the soldier pulled her back with her braided hair and slapped her repeatedly.

Meanwhile, passerdby intervened as the soldier removed the young lady’s blouse and wanted to also remove her bra.

The soldier later let her go after persuasion by the passersby before joining the
commercial bus he was riding in and the driver drove off.

Efforts to reach the spokesman for 81 Division of the Nigerian Army, Major Olaniyi Osoba, for comments proved abortive on Saturday as his line was switched off as of the time of filing this report.
