Buhari confers Justice Danladi Umar with Officer of the Order of Federal Republic

The Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Justice Danladi Umar has been conferred with the Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, OFR.

The OFR is a Prestigious National Honours Award conferred on His Lordship by President Muhammadu Buhari alongside many others for his contribution to the nation.

Reacting to the development, Justice Danladi said, he was elated with joy and feel fulfilled seeing himself being bestowed with the prestigious award by Buhari who performed one of last duties before handing over to the incoming administration.

Umar said: “This do come not only to me, but a reflection of the tireless efforts and dedication of our team towards the progress and development of the Nigeria’s Code of Conduct Tribunal.

“My profound gratitude goes to the President Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, and my colleagues Awardees and staff of the Code of Conduct Tribunal”, he said.
