Reactions trails mamoth crowd at NNPP’s flag-off campaign in Bauchi
There was massive crowd at the 2023 campaign flag-off of the New Nigeria Peoples Party on Thursday in Bauchi.
The mamoth crowd sparked reactions among observers who felt that the NNPP may gradually be changing the political equation in Bauchi and some key northern States.
The presidential flagbearer of NNPP Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso held his campaign flag-off at Tafawa Balewa Stadium, Bauchi, and he charged the electorate to vote NNPP candidates in the 2023 general election.
CAPITAL POST reports that Thursday’s event witnessed large turn out of party supporters, ward, Local Government and State party executives.
Kwankwaso who was with his Voice presidential candidate, Bishop Isaac Idahosa and shared photos of the rally on his verified Twitter handle noting that
the supporters brought out their historic political spirit to the fore.
Kwankwaso wrote: Thank you, Bauchi. You brought out your historic political spirit to the fore today. We shall forge ahead together in our common quest to Rebirth a New Nigeria
The massive crowd sparked reactions from many Nigerians while some urged him to campaign harder in the north to divide the votes, others claimed he might end up supporting Tinubu or Atiku.
