Part of the communique reads;

“The expanded meeting was hosted by NASSLAF EXCO to intimate stakeholders on recent developments particularly as it affects the payment of our outstanding 2019 Salary Arrears.

“The Chairman briefed the stakeholders meeting on the outcome of the EXCO’s meeting with the CNA on Wednesday, 16th December 2020.

“Meeting also notes from Chairman’s briefing that Management is willing to pay the 2019 salary arrears once the report of House Services Committee is made available to it.

“Arising from the above, meeting agreed to constitute an 8-Man Committee to meet with Chairman, House Services, and any other persons that could influence the release of the Committee’s report to facilitate immediate payment of the 2019 salary arrears to affected aides.

“The Committee has since swung into action, and outcome would be communicated to all aides.”
