Felele Robberies: CP deploys tactical team to go after perpetrators, assures safety of citizens

Following the armed robbery incid nces in Felele area of Lokoja, Kogi State, th Commissioner of Police, Bethrand Onuoha has deployed a tactical team to go after fleeing robbers.

In a statement which was issued and made available to CAPITAL POST on Tuesday in Lokoja by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP William Ovye Aya, urged residents to offer useful and credible information that would lead to arrest of suspects.

The statement read: “Consequent upon the Robberies that took place in Felele, the Commissioner of Police Kogi State Police Command, CP Bethrand C. Onuoha, assures the Community as well as the Students of the Federal University Lokoja of their safety.

“The CP has deploys Tactical Team to the area for intelligence gathering, visibility Policing to reassures the Community of their safety.

“He equally urged the people of Felele to cooperate with the Police and other Security Agencies and volunteer credible information on the activities of criminal elements within Felele axis.

“The Commissioner of Police assures of the Command’s unwavering commitment in ensuring adequate Security of lives and property.”
