Popular actor, Olaotan bedridden for 5 years dies at 69

A popular Nigerian veteran actor, Victor Olatoye Olaotan is dead.

News of hi death was made known to journalists by publicist, Demola Sanyaolu.

His immediate family gas also confirmed that he passed away on Friday.

Late actor died at the age 79 having had his last birthday on February 17, 2021.

He was bedridden for five years as a result of accident complications.

The accident which he was involved took place inn 2016
while driving to a movie set in 2016 around Apple Junction, in Festac, Lagos.

In 2018, the actor requested financial aid to facilitate his treatments outside the country, after two years of being incapacitated.

Shortly after, Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola, agreed to settle his bill of about N39m.
