BREAKING: President Tinubu withdraws appointment of immediate past Corper, Imam as FERMA board Chair

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Thursday bowed to public criticism over the appointment of Engr Imam Kashim Imam, a 24 year old who finished his National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, in 2022.
The President has directed the withdrawal of his nomination to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA).
The withdrawal of Imam which the President said is with immediate effect, other nominations to the Board and Executive Management team of FERMA are not affected by the directive.
