Family, well-wishers pour encomiums as Joseph Ojomakpene Onoja weds his heartthrob
It was creme-de-la creme on 15th February, 2020 at Edo State, that Bro. Joseph Ojomakpene Onojah and Sister Okounfua Ehis Bridget walked to the Isle for a nuptial.
The wedding was a fulfillment of ten years courtship in social media relationship turned marriage.
Bro Joseph, an administrator per excellence is an alumni of Kogi State Polytechnic, while Mrs Joseph Onojah (née Okounfua) is an alumni of the prestigious National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
Both hails from different states, but got into relationship via the power of ‘www’, which has made the world a community of ‘anything can happen.’
Bro Joseph who currently works as a Church administrator in Abuja vowed to have his heartthrob – Ehis Bridget as his lifetime wife, and promised to love and cherish her, not only in accordance with Igala tradition, but in consonance with the scriptures.
Those who attended the wedding ceremony include Pastor Aneh Belief, some members of RCCG Choir (Graceland Parish) as well as some youths from the Church. While close friends of the former Miss Okounfua from her home Church witnessed the ceremony.
Some of her friends struggled to hold back their tears as Bridget after the ceremony bids them farewell.
Explaining how he met his wife, Joseph said:
“It all started on social media (2go) 10 years ago (2010) where we just chat, then it grew into calls (Once in a while call), until two and half years ago after I prayed, I told her my intention and gave her time to pray about it.
After 3 days, I got my answer from her with 2bible passages to back her answer.
God helped us and we ended up as husband and wife.
