Breaking: Late Chief of staff, Kyari buried in Abuja

The body of President Muhammadu Buhari’s late Chief of Staff,  Mallam  Abba Kyari, have been laid to rest in Abuja.

Kyari died on Friday in Lagos in an isolation centre facilities after testing positive for the coronavirus. 
He was interred at the Gudu Cemetery, Abuja following prayers offered him by the Chief Imam of the State House.

The remains arrived at the cemetery about 11.10 am in a white casket.

The remains were lowered into the grave at about 11.20 am.

Too government officials participated in the burial rites which were conducted under the supervision of the officials of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.

Some of the officials were all in the protective face mask in line with measures to curtail the spread of the coronavirus.
