Our correspondent who visited some major cities of the state, observed that the newly passed Anambra State Homeland Security Law had sent fears to hotel operators and landlords across the state.
In some communities such as Oba in Idemili South LGA and Enugwu-Agidi in Njikoka LGA, some hotels have been sealed and others have been threatened to be sealed as a result of non-compliance with the law.
Some president-generals of communities were seen going around various hotels and other relaxation facilities to inform them about the new laws and threatening to sanction any of them who failed to comply.
