Borno Flood: Financial donation hits N7 billion [See donors]

Since the collapse Aluo Dam that flood Maiduguri, capital of Borno State, financial donations and relief materials have also flooded the Governor, Prof. Umara Zulum to the extent that the sum of N7 billion has been received from individuals and organizations as donations.

The amount was confirmed by Borno State government in Update on Wednesday, 18/9/2024, stating that Borno State government has received donations from several corporate entities, state governments, state and National Assembly members, individuals, and non-governmental organisations.

The update was released by Kachalla Umar Ibrahim in Maiduguri.

5. Nigerian Society of Engineers, Borno State Chapter = 10,000 wrappers
6. Engineer Usman Monguno = 10,000 wrappers
