Former Coordinator of the Tinubu Presidential Campaign, Dr. Haruna Garus Gololo, has described those alleging that the crisis in Rivers State is as a result of former governor Nyemson Wike ‘s quest to control the state treasury as the enemies of Rivers state.

In a press statement in Abuja on Monday, the All progressive Congress (APC), Chieftain from the North East states that ” I have watched one particular woman , always in the news criticising the FCT minister, obviously after collecting money from the young man , the governor. There is nothing wrong in collecting the money but they are giving the governor the wrong advice” he said.

He said that ” The Rivers elders are misleading governor Fubara, but whatever they are alleging ex governor Nyemson Wike as FCT minister does not need Rivers money, as FCT minister, he is a Contented person, even the next 100 years.”

He berated the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Minister, Nyemson Wike ‘s traducers for asking for his rights in Rivers state, saying” Wike has not done anything wrong to call for his head, if not for Wike he couldn’t have been a Governor, so morally he is indebted to his predecessor in office. He was just a level 8 officer in the State ministry . God used Wike to make him a Governor, just like El Rufai made Uba Sani, in Kaduna. El Rufai took Uba Sani put him in wherever he is today as Governor. Uba Sani couldn’t have beat Shehu Sani in an election.”

“Wether probe or no probe whatever Elrufai did in Kaduna is there for even the blind to see, any blind man can feel it , if he enters Kaduna.”

“Governor Fubara should focus on his job as Governor of Rivers state and leaves the state assembly to do their jobs. Wike has proved his worth in Rivers, and he is working as FCT minister. Compare to past FCT ministers after El Rufai no minister has worked since the creations of FCT Abuja like Wike”.

“The only project the Tinubu administration has to show for its one year in office is only Wike’s strides in FCT”.

Gololo warns Governor Fubara against taking the law into his hands because according to him the governor has no right to removed the 23 assembly members of defected to the All progressive Congress, APC.
