Breaking: 2023 Nasarawa APC Primaries: Governor Sule wins

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has won the 2023 governorship ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In the Congress which held today in Lafia, capital of Nasarawa State, Sule scored 735 votes to defeat his rival in the race, Dr. Fatima Abdullahi Hussain who scored no vote at all.
Dr Fatima is an ex-wife of the APC National Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu.
She hails from Doma in Nasarawa State.
Our correspondent reports that the congress which held at Lafia City Hall along Shendam Road Lafia, was hitch-free.
Engr Sule is seeking for a second tenure of office and he would be facing the opposition Peoples Democratic Party candidate in the 2023 general election.
