Amb. Mpaka reacts as Nigerian gov’t lift Twitter ban

Nigerian business tycoon and philanthropist, Ambassador Mpakaboari LongJohn, has has reacted to the lifting of the Twitter ban by the Federal Government.

President Muhammadu Buhari government had on Wednesday announced that following an agreement on certain terms, the seven-month-old ban on Twitter operation in Nigeria has been lifted.

Joining other Nigerians in reacting to the development, The president of MLJ Marine Oil and Gas said the action was a fruitless effort that should not have happened in the first place.

According to Amb. Mpaka, the effects of the Twitter ban on small businesses in Nigeria especially among youths was evident for all to see.

The founder of the Mpakaboari Longjohn Foundation (MLJ Foundation) further said Nigerians who are already facing challenges can now breathe fresh air.

“The ban should not have happened in the first place, but it did happen, but I am glad that the ban has been lifted now, and many people affected especially young Nigerians who are already dealing with the challenging business environment can now move on with their business now.

Ambassador Mpakaboari LongJohn, is a Nigerian business tycoon and renowned philanthropist. He is most popular amongst his people for his selfless acts of service and genuine interest in the development of his society.
