‘What kidnappers told me while in custody’, Edochie reveals

Popular actor, Pete Edochie has revealed his discussion with kidnappers after he was abducted from Church by some gun wielding boys.
He said, though, no ransom was taken from him by the kidnappers, but kidnappers complained to him that Nigerian politicians were ripping off the resources of the nation to the detriment of others.
The veteran in the Nollywood industry who has built the movie industry and mentored a lot of others relived his experiences while in captivity of the kidnappers.
Recalled that Edochie was kidnapped by some young boys from the church after firing shots, and took the man along.
He narrated that he wasn’t tensed, but described the incident as a bad experience.
He disclosed that he wasn’t scared at all, but had to calm them down and wanting to find out their real grouse.
“Amid my discussion with them, they revealed their anger to me about how politicians in the country were ripping this country off.
“After several intellectual talks with the kidnappers, they dropped me off somewhere in the night and I picked a car back home.”
