Zuwaira Gambo commends Zulum for citing new ultra modern market in Kwaya Kusar

Commissioner For Women Affairs and Social Developement in Borno State, Hajiya Zuwaira Gambo has commended the administration of Professor Babagana Zulum on the citing of new ultra modern market in Kwaya Kusar town to boost more commercial activities.

Mrs Gambo dropped this statement during the commissioning of the multi million naira project in the ancient town, saying that government had shown genuine commitement to the welfare of the people.

She says the new ultra modern market will encourage commerce and petty trading as well as attract businesses to the area, and by extension the entire state.

She maintained that the team work of Governor Zulum’s administration had affected the people of Borno state positively in all areas.

She says inspite of security challenges, Zulum’s passion for social service is unwavering and worth praised, an “indication of a good adminstrator of our time.

Mrs Gambo appealed to the people of the town and its adjoining areas, to show appreciation by being loyal and supportive of the present administration, who has the welfare of people at heart.

The State Commissioner for Women Affairs urged the occupants of the new ultra modern market to maintain the infrastructure provided by the government, saying the magnanimity of government should be seen to be reciprocated by them, through constant maintainance of the facilities.

She appeal to the traders not to use the new market to harbour people with questionable characters and criminal elements, in view of the prevailing insecurity situations in the state.

Mrs Gambo on behalf of the people of the local government thank the Governor for considering her area worthy of such gigantic project.
