Breaking: Tribunal nullifies Bayelsa governorship election, order fresh poll within 90 days

The governorship election that produced Duoye Diri as Governor has been nullified by Bayelsa State Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja.
Senator Duoye Diri was the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The election was nullified over exclusion of ADP and its candidate, King George from the November 16 Governorship Election.
The tribunal however ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to conduct a bye election within 90 days including the ADP.
