Kogi State Commissioner for Information, Evangelist Kingsley Fanwo has warned citizens of the State to be wary of seeking medical attention at the Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja.
He said that the medical institution has “become an incubation point for breeding false COVID-19 cases”, adding that the Federal Ministry of Health and Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) are bringing “compromised machines to FMC Lokoja.
”Speaking after the State Executive Council meeting at the Government House, Lokoja on Wednesday, he said there are machines on their way to the Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja which have been programmed to record positive Covid-19 cases only.
According to him, their sample collection materials have been infected with Covid-19.
“Both the Federal Ministry of Health and NCDC are not trusted and we have every reason not to ever believe their commercial efforts against Covid-19.
He maintained that Nigeria Centre for Disease Control was ready to attack the people of Kogi State with coronavirus.
