When contacted on the developments, the Spokesperson of the CUPP Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere said “if that is the way you say the press conference ended, then my God is still fighting for me and as for the allegations of sponsorship of treason which you say they alleged against Governor Tambuwal and Governor Wike, I believe they are able to provide defences for themselves. He continued, “but the same character who I have just learnt addressed the press is the same person who we recently joined other voices of freedom to call for his release from Police detention despite he was the one that led these same thugs he led today to attack and beat up Comrade Deji Adeyanju and his group in a protest to call for the release of Sowore in Abuja. Deji also joined in calling for his release from police detention.”
