Ortom congratulates Buhari’s new Chief of Staff, Gambari

Benue State governor, Samuel Ortom has congratulated the newly appointed Chief of Staff to the President, Professor Ibrahim Gambari.
He expressed utmost faith in Gambari’s capacity to man the office with all sense of dignity having passed through a diplomatic career.
In a statement issued and signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Mr. Terver Akase in Makurdi on Thursday, Ortom said the appointment was timely.
The statement reads: “Governor Samuel Ortom, on behalf of his family, the Government and people of Benue State, congratulates Professor Ibrahim Gambari on his appointment as Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari.
“As a renowned academic, administrator and diplomat with a rich record of service to the nation including being Minister of External Affairs, Permanent Representative of Nigeria to the United Nations and Under-Secretary of the organisation, Professor Gambari’s appointment is timely and well deserved. adsbygoogle || []).push({});
He states that the new Chief of Staff’s vast knowledge and versatile experience as an accomplished public servant further underscores his capacity to make immense contribution to the development of the country.
