Boko Haram invades Dapchi, cart away food stuff

Suspected members of Boko Haram have invaded Dapchi, the headquarters of Bursari Local government in Yobe state and set the house the district head on fire right away.
Out fear, many shops were forced closed, but the insurgents while targetting those shops opened some of them and remove food stuff into a waiting vehicle, a source told CAPITAL POST.
The source said, they came aeound 6.00pm when ramadan fasting prayers are ongoing, but could not ascertain the number of casualties immediately.
”The insurgents shot sporadically but the shooting later subsided,” he said.
“But as I speak to you now heavy gunshots were heard from all angles of the town which I believed to be encounter between the insurgents and the troops”
