Osun State government launches manhunt for COVID-19 escapees

The Pain State government on Saturday said, it has launched manhunt for six COVID-19 suspects who.escaped from isolation centres in Ejigbo.
It was reported that six persons, who have tested positive for COVID-19, have escaped from an isolation centre in Ejigbo, Osun State on Friday night.
The six persons belong to a cluster of COVID-19 cases who returned to their hometown, Ejigbo, from Ivory Coast last week.
They were quarantined by the state government.
A member of the task force of the state revealed this development to journalist on Saturday in Osogbo.
According to him, the escapees would endanger the live of others, I’d they’re not apprehended immediately.
